Stop paying people to do what software can

We find the work eating your wage bill and automate it.

Meet the Founder

Employee #1 at two venture-backed AI startups, both scaling to $100M+ Series A. I built sales teams from 5 to 60 people, drove 196x revenue growth in 12 months while managing $300M+ in assets, ran legal as Acting CLO, built the marketing function from scratch, owned operations end-to-end, and sat in the finance seat; across industries including healthcare, legal, and Tech.

Throughout, I have focused on building organisations that compound: where AI handles the cognitive overhead, systems create consistency, and people do the work they thrive in.

Current engagements span hospitality, tourism, and workforce mobility — including AI-native platforms connecting international workers to Australian employers through visa management, registered training, and job placement.

I believe that most business problems are leadership problems in disguise. The work is always the same: establish clear ownership, measure what matters, and enforce accountability on outcomes, not effort. Kindness and accountability are not in tension. The best organisations are built on both.

THE FRAMEWORK

  • CREATING REAL LEVERAGE
Scheduling, triage, document drafting, data entry, routing decisions, guest communications — the work that consumes hours and eats wage spend. These are the highest-leverage targets that can reduce monthly spend. We will identify workflows to automate and wage labour to eliminate.

    TOOL SELECTION
The right tool is rarely the most sophisticated one. Matching the solution to the actual problem, and  ensuring the team uses it, determines whether AI creates operational leverage or just operational overhead.

    CHANGE LEADERSHIP
AI changes how people work. Handled well, it frees teams to do the work they're actually good at while reducing labour overhead. Handled poorly, it hollows out capability and breaks trust. The implementation is only as good as the transition around it.

  • JOY
People do their best work when they enjoy it. Building conditions for joy is a leadership discipline, not a perk.

    ACCOUNTABILITY
Profitable businesses hold leadership and teams accountable — to concrete results, not intentions. And it must start at the top.

    KINDNESS
Business is relationships. Kindness — distinct from niceness — must be built into how organisations are managed. People flourish when they feel safe.

  • SIMPLICITY
Operations are cognitively heavy. Stripping to essentials and automating where reliable is what makes consistent execution and growth possible while simultaneously reducing monthly spend.

    CONSISTENCY
Consistency over perfection. The business that repeats well compounds faster than the one that is occasionally perfect.

    CONCENTRATION OF FORCE
Advance one thing a mile rather than one hundred things a meter. Focus is the highest-leverage operational decision.
